Account and Service Support
When will my account be activated? When will I receive my virtual phone number?
You can start using your service to make calls with your VoIP device or Calling Card service as soon as you sign up and receive the order confirmation e-mail.
Virtual phone numbers (DIDs) are assigned in 24-72 hours and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as it is activated.
