How can I enable/disable or block caller ID? How is caller ID handled?

Caller ID cannot be blocked or disabled.

If you don't have US or International virtual phone number to receive calls, when you place calls the system will send your account number such as "5551231234" as the number the call was placed from, or as an "ananymous number"

Although other VoIPVoIP customers can call you back with your account number, it is not reachable from regular (PSTN) phones

If you have US virtual phone number to receive calls, when you place calls the system will send your US Phone number, as the number the call was placed from.

If you have International virtual phone number to receive calls when you place calls the system will send "ananymous number" as the number the call was placed from.

We can not guarantee Caller ID. If the callees phone number Provider looks to associate the DID with a Name, the CID will probably be displayed as UnKnown, No Data, or just blank.
