When will my account be activated? When will I receive my Virtual Phone Number?

You can start using your service to make calls with your VoIP device or Calling Card service as soon as you sign up and receive the order confirmation e-mail.

Virtual phone numbers (DIDs) are assigned in 24-72 hours and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as it is activated.

In some cases our system's automatic security checking procedures might suspend your account for further verification of your credit card details.

In order to verify your credit card we charge the total amount of signup amount in two installments.

This is split payment, the two amounts total your first order on any card.

We split the first payment on any card for a number of reasons.

Firstly for security reasons, we believe that anyone trying to use your card fraudulently will not have access to your banking details.

Secondly if you verify your card details we know you are the genuine card holder and your orders will be processed immediately.

In order to verify your credit card and reinstate your account;

1. Please call your bank and learn both of the amounts charged by Kosmaz Technologies during sign up.

2. Please enter this information in your account's dashboard or send it to support@voipvoip.com in any currency (including your account number) so that we can reinstate your account.
