How do I forward calls to another phone number?

1. Logon to My Account

2. Click on "Features" and than "Incoming Calls" link

3. Turn the status "ON"

4. Enter the number you want to forward calls to.

To forward to any phone number in US you must enter 1 + Area Code + Phone number. To forward to any PSTN or mobile phone number that is outside of US, you must enter 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone number

4. Click on "APPLY" button.

Call forwarding options are as follows:

Call Forwarding Always- All incoming calls are forwarded to a different phone number

Call Forwarding when busy - Forward all incoming calls to a different phone number when your phone is busy

Call Forwarding when VoIP device offline- Forward all your incoming calls to a different phone number when your VoIP device is offline/disconnected or when high-speed Internet connection is not available.

Call Forwarding when no answer- Forward all your incoming calls when you do not answer your phone after a certain timeout of rings

IMPORTANT NOTE: When calls are forwarded to PSTN (regular) or mobile phones you pay call forwarding fee.

For example if you forward your International Virtual Phone Number to a US mobile phone, the call forwarding rate would be 1.9 cents a minute, the same rate of calling any US mobile phone number. Click here for all International rates.

What is call forwarding fee? How do you charge this fee?

Call forwarding fee is the rate of calling that destination and it would be deducted from your prepaid calling credit. Here is how it works;

While you open a VoIPVoIP account you need to buy at least $10 of prepaid credit, which you can use to make calls with any VoIP device.

The call forwarding fees are also subtracted from this prepaid calling credit, which is automatically recharged when below $2 threshold. You also have the option to close automatic recharge option, but your service would be disconnected if your prepaid calling credit is below $0 and you need to buy more credit manually.
